Living with chronic pain, persistent symptoms or illness? Most of my Client's are. When they find me, they've often been uncomfortable forever—exhausted, isolated, anxious, disconnected from themselves & afraid things will never improve. They panic on their worst days, push through on their best. They stay busy, search endlessly for answers, yet still feel stuck in survival mode. I teach the mind-body connection in a simple, effective way that reduces panic, pain & other symptoms, while increasing joy & connection. I offer more than coping & symptom management, focusing on practical & targeted skills that really lead to recovery.
My sessions are specifically simple & actionable—rooted in science, as much as being human. I coach the leading models of pain reprocessing—PRT & EAET. I weave in EMDR, IFS, "tapping," CBT, mindfulness & Buddhist psychology. In our sessions you'll find ease, education, connection, practice & laughter, while building confidence in the skills that matter.
A former medical & hospice social worker, my approach is warm & authentic. I love supporting caregivers & those grieving any loss, ie pregnancy, child, limb, ability, suicide, pet, divorce & faith. I'm currently seeing a number of clients with EDS, POTS & autism. I do support those with just emotional pain too. If you have a body & heart that hurt, I'm here.
