One Alkaline Life, LLC, offers comprehensive, compassionate mental health care for adults and adolescents. Through the online telemedicine platform, the team assesses and treats a wide range of mental illnesses, including depression and anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Footprints was started by a therapist who realized that often times the services provided to low socio-economic communities is lacking quality care. We noticed these communities were confronted with long wait times, disrespectful admins, and subpar treatment. The one and only purpose was to exploit the community for profit without providing the level of care deserved. Footprints began from the inspiration to provide quality mental health care to the poorest of communities and treating the clients of this community the same way a rich patient would be treated in a clinic treating affluent clients.

I grew up in the Capital Region but moved to the west coast to pursue my graduate education and ended up staying for twenty years. Now I am back in the area with an office space in downtown Troy where I offer therapy services and also conduct psychological evaluations and other consultation services. I can conduct online sessions utilizing a HIPPA compliant video platform. Lastly, I do still offer, when possible, a free consultation to answer any questions and/or determine if you feel we would be a good fit.
