I am a psychotherapist at Avita Integrative Care. I received my doctorate in clinical and school psychology from Pace University. My clinical experience include outpatient treatment of child, adolescent, and adult population with a variety of diagnosis including anxiety, eating disorder, and mood disorders. I have a significant clinical experience and training in trauma treatment. I acquired a training in treatment of children and adolescent with autism. I have an extensive experience in psychological assessments.
I believe in an individualized treatment with respect to each person's needs, culture, and background. I utilize an integrative approach that includes CBT, CBTp, DBT, psychodynamic psychotherapy, play therapy, TF-CBT, group therapy, and other modalities. My clinical work is grounded in object relations and psychodynamically informed psychotherapy.
