Feel Better Therapy began from the inspiration to provide quality mental health care to the poorest of communities and treating the clients of this community the same way a rich patient would be treated in a clinic treating affluent clients.

Through evidenced based approaches, we aim to tailor our treatment approach specific to the needs of each individual. As an active therapist, I help individuals, couples, families, and children identify and transform the story that has been governing their life. It is my belief, that with the right support everyone has the innate capability to show up and transform their life. Past or present circumstances may have created pain or a belief of powerlessness, but these circumstances do not define you. You can reclaim your power and sense of authorship over your own life. My name is Eric Carlson and I am the founder and director of Brainwise Solutions LLC, an innovative practice that offers counseling, mindfulness groups, plant medicine integration counseling, meditation products, retreats and organizational training and consultation. My 30 plus years as a therapist , college professor, and trainer have taught me that the decision to seek therapy is not an easy one and difficulty in overcoming past wounds is rarely related to lack of effort.
