I can help you develop skills for dealing with anxiety, mood disorders, depression, among other things.

Having over 15 years of experience working with children, families and adults in various capacities, l am familiar with how life can impact us in various stages of life. Additionally, I use an Eclectic therapeutic approach which incorporates a number of therapeutic philosophies to help develop an individual treatment plan that better suits your needs.

I am licensed both as a Clinical Psychologist and Marriage and Family Therapist. I also have a Ph.D. in Quantum Advanced Medicine. I do therapy with individuals for depression, anxiety and many other life issues. I work with couples and families through Marriage and Family Therapy which is my specialty area. Furthermore, attending to the grief and loss through a divorce is also an important component of family work. Therapy with adolescents and children, sexual and alcohol addictions are critical components of my practice today. Clients come to me because of my strong emphasis on natural treatment consultations when possible.

The GLPG support staff will personally match you with a best-fit therapist who accepts your insurance and is available to see you online or in person at a time that works for you. The GLPG provider network comprises doctoral and master’s level psychologists, marriage and family therapists, professional counselors, and social workers. I am a very experienced in-person and tele-health provider. I specialize in treating all ages with depression and anxiety, as well as adults, children and families with difficulties in their relationships, difficulties with parenting and problems with school. I use a relaxed personal approach to find the root causes of problems and resolve them at a pace that is comfortable for you. You will not have to add one more place to be to your busy schedule. Jillian Peyerk is a Licensed Master Social Worker in Michigan who has been practicing since 2016. She has a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University. Jillian has years of experience with various populations. She is passionate about meeting a child or adult where they are in their life. Jillian is supportive and will utilize her skills, personal, and professional experience to assist individuals in becoming whom they want to be. Outside of work, Jillian enjoys painting, reading, learning, family activities, crafts, spending time with friends, listening to music, and traveling.

Assessment can be an incredible tool in seeking solutions for children and adolescents experiencing significant difficulties in their daily lives. I aspire to be the key to unlock the door with solutions so each child can strive to reach their maximum potential. My training and education include a Masters Degree in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Michigan. This approach to evaluation includes the biological, psychological, and social contributions to our lives that make each of us the person we are today.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and life coach practicing in Elk Rapids, MI. I was previously practicing in Bloomfield Hills Mi for 6 years before moving to the Traverse City area in 2019. I have experience as an Infant Mental Health Specialist, Child and Adolescent Therapist and Family Therapist. I received my BA from University of Arkansas in Social Work and Criminal Justice and a MSW from University of Michigan in Therapeutic Practice and Community Organizing. I enjoy working with all individuals to process and explore the concerns that may prohibit them from reaching their potential and living life to its fullest.
