Life can be challenging, and at different times in our lives we are all in need of additional support, whatever the reason may be. If you are at that point and ready to explore therapy, I would be privileged to join you, and support yourself, your child, or your family. I have been working in the field for over 15 years and strongly believe that you are the expert on yourself and your family, together we will focus on strengths, to create goals that allow you and/or your family to grow and improve your daily living. I can help you develop skills for dealing with anxiety, mood disorders, depression, among other things.
I specialize in both individual and family therapy. I have a long history of working with children, adolescents and families. As a therapist, I do not believe that therapy needs to look the same for everyone, we will work together to figure out what works best for you. I am available to do outreach to schools or homes, if requested and appropriate.
My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you are able to be heard and vulnerable, build skills, and focus on your strengths to help you deal with the challenges that life throws at you, your child, or family.
