I have served clients with many types of emotional struggles, including but not limited to; anxiety, low self-esteem and self-worth, depression and self-harm, mood disorders, as well as family and school issues. I have specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT).
