I have a lot of experience in dealing with families and couples, with a wide range of issues. Communication and improving insight are my main focus in these sessions. In addition, I have a lot of experience helping people manage difficult life events or cope with depression and anxiety.
In addition, unlike many other therapists, I actually enjoy the challenge of working with teens and their families. I previously worked with the Juvenile Justice System in Wayne County and grew to appreciate the unique challenge and reward that this work provides.
