I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience supporting children and adults ages 2+. I practice a holistic approach to behavior analysis, treating and supporting the family unit as a whole. Effective treatment extends beyond the individual to encompass their support network, which means family members and caregivers are actively involved in the intervention process from intake to discharge. While I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, my services are effective for anyone looking to make a positive change in their lives.

I take a wholistic and inclusive approach to help include all aspects of the whole person. I am a proud member and supporter of the LGBTQAI+ community and can assist anyone with issues related to gender, and sexuality. I can also assist with handling our current social climate. My name is Mandi Lynn, and I am a Clinical Therapist who is certified in Trauma Focused-CBT. I specialize in working with children, families, and adults in all walks of life. My 14yrs as a Clinician has been spent focusing on helping teenagers in the Juvenile Justice system, children and families involved with CPS, foster/adoptive families, teenagers aging out of the foster care system, and adults struggling with major life transitions and current/past trauma. My goal is to help children, families, and adults identify and celebrate their strengths, while building and reinforcing healthy familial and interpersonal relationships.

I am a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker and I most often go by "Miss Lisa." I graduated with my Bachelors in Social Work followed by my Masters in Social Work in 2008. For over 15 years I have supported children across residential, school and outpatient therapy settings. I have training in a variety of psychotherapy approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) and complimentary therapeutic play strategies with an interoception focus.
