Our teen support group is one of the tools utilized in helping teens grow and get better alongside their peers & family. Teens realize there is help and there is hope when they no longer feel alone in their struggles. Each group is led by a therapist with a small group of 6-10 members and ensures positive conversation, productive behaviors, as well as the development of coping skills. WHO: Teens ages 13-16 years old WHAT: Weekly teen support group WHEN: Every Saturday @ 3:30- 4:30 pm WHERE: Virtual/ In-person Cost: $20 for each group session per teen
