About
Ideal clients are ANYONE who struggle with substance use, trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, domestic violence, self-harm, self-esteem, eating disorders, strained relationships, and who have a desire to improve their lives. I have experience and welcome working with clients of all ages, ethnicities, religious beliefs, and sexual orientations (LGBTQ). Through therapy, clients can learn how to identify stressors and develop coping skills to address these issues. Along the way, we’ll set goals to help you achieve the life you desire.
I am an LLC/Certified Trauma Professional certified in Domestic Violence. I'm committed to helping others in a safe, caring and confidential environment. I focus my treatment around Cognitive-Behavioral approaches, however I draw on other modalities to make sure that each person is getting the most comprehensive and appropriate help for their specific need.
I understand how negative life experiences and trauma impact mental health and our daily functioning, These times can result in low self-esteem, difficulty in navigating relationships, maintaining jobs and this leads us to feel out of control. I look forward to connecting and walking with you on your journey to self-discovery, growth and happiness.
