I have experience conducting individual, family, and group therapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings, focusing on areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and healthy relationships.

I have Bachelor’s in both English Literature and Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and earned Master’s in both Clinical Community Counseling and School Counseling at University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, where I now moonlight as an adjunct professor of Family Counseling for their graduate program. I have been practicing for 14 years, specializing in CBT, music therapy, art therapy, play therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, and alternative therapies. Addiction often contributes to shame and can produce anger, anxiety, depression and other struggles. Each client has a different set of issues, needs and goals so I take a person-centered approach to best meet those needs.
