This viewpoint speaks to a phrase I've developed that also guides my life, "Our perspective on issues coming our way will determine if we live an adventurous or miserable life."

I am committed to helping my clients discover what it means to truly live fully -- to experience healing in relationships, to understand their strength, to embrace their uniquenesses and to live a life of wholeness and adventure. At the core, I believe that we are relational beings, and while relationships are often the primary sources of our pain, they are also the primary conduits to our healing. Together we will find ways THROUGH the pain and into freedom. There is too much LIFE to be lived...too much adventure to be had...
