I have seen more resiliency than I ever thought imaginable. Both through teens and older adults. I specialize in working to heal current and past trauma. I have worked with the abused/neglected youth and adults, behavioral issues, domestic violence, postpartum depression, addiction, anxiety, depression, borderline, PTSD, bipolar and more. Throughout all of my work, I have learned how unique each individual is and how unique each of their healing processes are. I believe in the power of the mind and sometimes the need to heal that mind to find the power hidden beneath.

But the way I see it, you can either run from it or learn from it.” Being an avid Harry Potter, Disney fan has taught me a lot of things in my life. I have been a therapist for over 10 + years. I specialize in all types of traumas (i.e. family or origins, bullying, chronic health, divorce, adjustment issues, life change, grief, to all types of abuse and harm), depression, addiction, and anxiety. I work with individuals, families, couples, the LGTBQIA+ community, first responders/military, and ages 6-96+.

Trauma and EMDR are my passions due to personal experiences with PTSD and the healing I’ve witnessed and experienced through EMDR. I have worked with individuals in a generalized practice experience including anxiety, depression, OCD, suicidality, childhood abuse, etc... Am gaining an increased skill level with those who have experienced PTSD, complex PTSD, Dissociative Disorders (general), & Dissociative Identity Disorder. Attachment Theory, Adaptive Information Processing Model, Polyvagal Theory and Systems Theory are the bases from which I work.

I am the Owner of a wonderful agency that has offices in Richfield, Kanab and Bicknell Utah. We serve anybody in need in our areas. We are associated with a non profit called GoHealMe that allows us the unique ability to provide resources and treatment to nearly anybody that knocks on our door. We take some Medicaid's as well. He has more than a decade of experience working with individuals, couples and families. Dr. Spencer utilizes evidenced based practices and specializes in working with trauma, grief, and couples on the brink of divorce. Dr. Spencer completed a Bachelors degree in Family Studies from Weber State University, a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Oklahoma State University, and a Doctorate in Human Development and Family Science also from Oklahoma State University.

I am a licensed clinical child psychologist specializing in utilizing state of the art assessment and therapy techniques to detect and treat learning disabilities, ADHD, and other emotional/personality issues which may hinder a child's learning experience. Kylie has spent majority of her professional career working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, self-harm, sexuality, postnatal mood disorders and insecure attachment within the family unit.
