In my 14 years as a counselor I have been fortunate enough to work extensively with domestic violence perpetrators and abuse victims, substance abuse, adolescent issues, couple conflict, and sex addictions. My approach focuses on clients finding themselves, developing healthy connections, and building coping skills and empowerment.
My primary therapeutic approaches are in EMDR, internal family systems, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, and emotionally focused therapy. The journey of healing can have its share of challenges but finding hope and strength along the way is vital to finding our way.
