I specialize in sexual health, intimacy, and relationships, especially the one we have with self. I am passionate about helping you (and yours) enrich your lives—by empowering you to unpack what’s preventing you from fully embracing all of life’s pleasures. I believe that we all have the intrinsic ability to heal ourselves. In my practice, psychotherapy is a journey of self healing, with me as your guide. Connection is one of our most powerful tools, and through connecting with me, together, we will cultivate transformation and uncover the peace that lies within you.
I utilize a holistic and integrative approach to whole health and emotional well-being. I believe that the combination of the "stories" we tell ourselves, the unhealed emotional wounds we carry, and the ways in which we care for our bodies, have us stuck. We will collaboratively walk through the unlearning of unhealthy behaviors and cyclic mindsets.
You're here. You took the first step. Let's laugh, cry, and do the work together, that will set you free. You are worth it; Let me help you feel it for yourself. A few things to note: I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, kink-positive & CNM aware. I don't tolerate -isms. My fees are: $200 for individual therapy and $250 for relationship work.
