Asking for help is the first step, and I would welcome the opportunity to travel with you on that path. I also believe that in order to feel better, you must start thinking better, so I offer a safe, laid back and non-judgmental atmosphere to do just that. When the fear of judgement is removed, amazing progress can happen.
My specializations include perinatal depression and anxiety, infertility, pregnancy, and transition into motherhood. I have completed multiple trainings through Postpartum Support International and have completed certification as a Perinatal Mental Health therapist. I also have extensive experience working in the addiction field.
I employ a strength based approach to empower you to be the best version of yourself. In addition to talk therapy, I also utilize experiential therapies such as Mandala, meditation, and mindfulness. I look forward to working with you, and remember--you are not alone, things get better!

Groups
Mother's Empowerment Group
A virtual 6-week women-centered therapeutic support group that will focus on how to find your center in a world that has crumbled much of our foundation. Group will focus on tangible skills to use when feeling 'out of control,' reidentification of self separate from mother, boundaries for self-care, calming the inner chaos, and other group identified topics. Goal of group is to provide education & skills, but also foster connection with other women.
