I welcome you to come explore your negative beliefs and strengthen new positive adaptive beliefs that allow you to thrive in your daily life. My experiences enable me to effectively work with people on a wide range of problems, including PTSD, CPTSD, attachment, relationships, low self-esteem, co-dependency, anxiety, abuse, neglect, and recovery from addiction.
We use a variety of methods in my practice and tailor our approaches to your individual preferences, goals and needs. We welcome all parts of you angry, shameful, proud, and confident. Approaches we utilize are brain-based, body centered and trauma informed. EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, mindfulness, DBT, EFT, and Ego state are approaches utilized.
