I strongly believe in a counseling practice that is inclusive, trauma informed and person centered. Empowering, educating, challenging, and supporting clients is my focus. Working together, we will identify your personal needs and then tailor therapy to meet your situation and goals. I also offer clinical supervision to individuals working to obtain their LCSW license.
I work with children ages 14 through adult to address issues of depression, traumatic events/loss, abuse, anxiety, difficulty adjusting, and relationship problems. I have specialized experience in trauma focused therapy and I am a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) provider.
