What is the sense of belonging that many people claim to have, and others have no idea how to acquire? Have ever felt the need to be part of some group or be someone else? I first developed an interest in becoming a therapist when I worked in a drug abuse residential as an aid assistant. As part of my responsibility, I engaged the residents in conversation in the hope of encouraging them to become more involved in their treatment and develop a sense of self. With this experience, I realized that I was able to be empathetic and felt good about minimal accomplishments experienced by residents.

Some of my areas of special interest and ongoing expanding expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, low self-esteem, relationship/marital issues, grief, sex therapy, understanding sexuality, open/ Polyamorous relationships, transgender/gender non-conforming individuals, and faith crisis/ transition.

I have been told that I am a really easy person to talk to & I try to create a relaxed atmosphere in therapy. I have years of experience working with kids. I have decades of experience working with teenagers. Most of my schooling was done to work with adults. I even have military experience to work with veterans. I always strive to find methods to improve your success. That is why using the latest research, I developed Cognitive Physical Conditioning (CPC).
