In group therapy, multiple people with attention deficit disorder (ADD or ADHD) get together to process and learn how to live life with ADHD. I have personal experience with ADHD (ADD). This form of therapy can be very helpful as people with ADHD (ADD) learn strategies and coping skills from other people with the condition.
