Life can be full of challenges that make it hard to reach your potential and feel peace and happiness in your life. When searching for a therapist, to help you through these storms, you want to find a therapist that you can trust, and be comfortable with. Throughout the year I continue to sharpen my skills through conferences to better serve those that come to my office. This includes learning a variety of theories, skills and techniques in order to better serve you as no two clients fit the same mold. Therefore, you can guarantee that your treatment plan will be specific to your needs and desires.

I work with individuals, and couples, of all ages. Through the theories of CBT, play therapy, sandtray and EMDR individuals are able to work through their personal struggles. With couples I use Gottman Therapy. I am currently not accepting new patients however I have some great therapists at my place of business who are!

Publications include 3 articles, "Parenting - A Sacrifice Well-worth It," "Battling on the Frontlines of Life" and "Keeping the Flame of Motivation Alive." 3 children self-help books "When I feel Sad," "When I Feel Mad," "When I Feel Scared" and 2 self-help audios for adults "Release the Fat" and "Reach for the Stars." I have also presented in UT, NM and ID.
