I have been told that I am a really easy person to talk to and I try to create a relaxed atmosphere in therapy. I have years of experience working with little kids using play therapy. I have over a decade's experience working with teenagers. Most of my schooling was done to work with adults. I even have military experience to work with veterans. But I also always strive to find methods to improve your success. That is why using the latest research, I developed Cognitive Physical Conditioning (CPC).
CPC can improve clients' ability to overcome mental disorders and nearly double their chance of success with less time in treatment. It is also an incredible tool that reduces relapse by 28%; both cognitive and physical. These methods are so efficient they also reduce treatment length by 30%.
For those who are interested, my practice provides opportunities to exercise and practice coping strategies during the therapy setting. This may also be available in a group setting (depending on availability). I am also willing to meet at a public place like a park or library, hiking trail, or gym.
