Welcome to the first step! If you're here, you or someone you know is hurting. Battles with porn addiction (among other addictions), depression, anxiety, parenting, and marriage are REAL. I can help with these battles. I respect your LDS beliefs and spiritual journey. I use my experience, care, research-supported therapeutic techniques, and I filter my therapeutic tools through solid clinical principles and Christian morals. I help adult and adolescent individuals struggling with the issues listed above (couples therapy included), and pornography/substance addiction. Dive in and learn some new skills to build capacity and face life!
I truly love people! I have an acute sensitivity to your pain and suffering and I work very hard to find solutions through compassion and love. Much of therapy has become too problem-focused, and I promise to focus on solutions. It takes hard work and vulnerability. Let's work together to increase confidence and build some skills to help you move forward!
