I have 10 years' clinical experience providing individual and couples therapy to adults. I have extensive experience as a generalist mental health provider, working with anxiety, depression, major life changes, and relationship struggles. At Conscious Grace Therapy, I work with clients to explore their relationship to self and to develop a life that is a more authentic expression of who they are and how they actually experience the world.
