I have been working in the mental health sector for 18 years; providing guidance and help for mental and emotional problems, family problems, relationship issues, LGBT issues, addictions, and behavioral issues in a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental environment. Clinical Social Workers are the largest group of Mental Health Care Providers in the United States. I'm specially trained to work with diverse populations and use proven methods to treat issues and help solve life problems. I believe in engaging clients in their therapy, to achieve greater progress.
I specialize in CBT and DBT, but realize that as human beings, we are too complex to use just one method of treatment. Therefore, I use a holistic approach; taking into consideration the person, problem, life experiences, personality, and environment. Busy schedule? I offer therapy via skype/facetime, most anytime.
