Like picking up a new and unfamiliar musical instrument, the first necessary step is to begin, does not matter where, or how, poorly or well. Beginning is difficult, we are reluctant to take that first close-in, brave step to reclaiming the happiness of actually having started. Living to the fullest is my goal for all of us.
