I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have 16 years’ experience working with adults from all backgrounds and throughout the lifespan. Getting through this thing called life can be difficult. In our hurried, stressful world, many of us have failed to take good care of ourselves, failed to listen to our bodies, failed to give ourselves permission to rest.

No matter who you are or what your story is, I promise to hold space for you. I offer faith and non-faith based counseling and strive to provide a safe place for all people seeking counseling, regardless of religion, ethnicity, gender, or background! I use Integrative Therapy with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals, couples, and families achieve their goals. I believe that every client’s story is different, and I seek to walk with each one through their season of life in a way that empowers them to understand themselves more deeply, look at the world differently, and act with newfound confidence.

I am passionate about working with couples whose relationships may be in crisis (broken trust; conflicted; disconnected) as well as stable marriages wanting deeper connection and relational intimacy. I help them see themselves and each other through a lens that includes the issues each person brought with them to the relationship, including ways their hearts and minds were impacted by relationships and situations experienced during their formative years. The therapeutic approach I use helps build understanding and empathy that constructively leads to changes in behavioral patterns and relationship dynamics. The goal - mutual satisfaction and freedom to love one another well.

I work with adults and children, ages 6 and up. Each and every person has a "story". The story of our lives contain the keys to understanding the personal problems that we experience and may often find that we are unable to resolve them on our own. My goal as your counselor is to help you feel one step closer to a new you, where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being.

Deborah Wall, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma and Texas. Her extensive career history has focused on stabilizing and promoting personal functioning while empowering others to achieve long-term growth. As an action-oriented therapist, Deborah strives to help others resolve stressors and become the best version of themselves. This concept is evidenced by her advocation of adults, children and families to become addiction free, resolve traumas, and develop a healthy sense of self to combat life's difficulties. Additionally, she is a certified SYMBIS premarital and marital counseling facilitator.

Diana Wall is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oklahoma with 20 years of experience. Her graduate school training prepared her to become a marriage and family therapist and a professional counselor. Diana's education in systems-oriented therapies (solution focused therapy structural and strategic therapy) influenced her to believe that all problems make sense given the context of the individual and the system they are operating within.

Throughout life, people experience highs and lows. Often, we need help working through the difficult points in order to fully experience and appreciate the highs. I believe that all areas of our lives are interconnected and impact one another - our families, careers, relationships with friends and significant others, health and wellness habits, and so on. When something is not quite right in one of these areas, it typically trickles into the others. My job is to help my clients determine what can be changed within their lives to help alleviate negative emotions while improving their ability to cope with situations they can’t change.
