Letitia Cammon is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma who has been practicing since 2006. She has a BA in Psychology from St. Bonaventure and an MA in Christin Counseling from Oral Roberts University. Letitia believes that therapy is a time for clients to focus on themselves, in a safe nonjudgmental environment where they are the most important person in the room. As a therapist, she believes that it is her job to partner with her client to help them accomplish their healing goals. Letitia understands that sometimes in this relationship she will have to push them while at other times just be there to support them.

I believe establishing a trusting and safe relationship in which a client is an active and equal participant is absolutely crucial for any counseling process. I tailor my approach to each client's needs by drawing on different aspects of my experience and training. A lot of my work has been with anxiety, depression, codependency, perfectionism, trauma, relationships and cultural identity issues. I like to emphasize the concepts of acceptance and mindfulness to help my clients find effective ways of dealing with life stresses and challenges, as well as any long-standing patterns they wish to address.

Cheri Cantrell, has been a Licensed Professional Counselor for the last 5 years and has over 20 years in various capacities within the mental health service. She has spent the last 7 years serving adults and older teens who have experienced trauma, domestic violence, stressful life transitions, PTSD, and conflicting relationships, and chronic illness. She enjoys supporting clients who experience difficulty developing secure healthy relationships along with helping her clients learn and practice non avoidance in order to navigate what they have gone through to where they want to go in their lives.

Deciding to come to therapy takes courage. Our moments of courage often come in the midst of discomfort, when all you may be clear about is that something has to change. I believe therapy can be the beginning point of change. A place to think out loud. A place where we can dump out the puzzle pieces of our lives and begin to make sense of who we are as we move through our world.
