It can be a place to grow, heal, or make changes in your live that feel difficult. I work with clients who need help managing anxiety, are feeling sad or confused, or are going through a hard time. I see my job as sitting next to you, seeing the world through your eyes, and helping you come up with the plan that's right for you. I come from a relational and social justice perspective and bring tools from narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness based stress reduction.

As an individual, sex, and relationship therapist, I hope to accompany clients through challenges and help them find greater trust, permission, and pleasure within themselves. I am particularly interested in supporting folks in navigating their relationships with their bodies and sexualities during times of change, loss, and transition. As a queer and trans person, I enjoy working with clients of all genders, on all journeys. I am poly-friendly, kink-friendly, fat positive, and sex work positive. I love supporting partnerships and non-traditional relationships. I work well with fellow artistic and spiritual people.

My mission is to join with others in pursuit of healing, empowerment, & liberation. Those who work with me are often exploring issues of gender, sexuality, disability, racial identity, complex trauma, and relationships. We often focus on alleviating the anxiety, depression, and disconnection from self & others that can result from our lived experiences. West Philly Therapy Center is a group practice that specializes in working with relationship, sexuality and gender related issues. My experience working with LGBTQ people and clients of various backgrounds in mental health settings has shown me that personal change occurs best through relationships based on trust, and a common purpose. Relationships where you are encouraged to say what’s on your mind, be challenged, take risks, and gain new insights. In our sessions, I will focus on honoring your autonomy as we work towards your goals for therapy. My intention is not to teach you a “correct way to live" but instead to learn what already works for you and help create a space to explore yourself further leading to new possibilities for your life.
