Healing is a lifelong journey, and it is not one you must do alone. You are taking a courageous first step towards realignment with yourself. By untangling the past, we can begin to heal these wounds and reclaim the narrative of our lives. I companion clients navigating trauma, relational distress, gender and sexuality exploration, sexual concerns, and neurodivergence. In and out of the therapy space, I am sex-positive, sex worker friendly, poly-friendly, kink aware & affirming, and Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned.
I passionately serve the mental health needs of my clients using inclusive therapeutic theories and techniques that consider larger systemic forces. I practice therapy through a relational, trauma-informed lens that utilizes skills from variety of therapies such as internal family systems, dialectical behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy.
My therapeutic style is best described as eclectic and utterly human. Together, we will work in collaboration to co-create an approach to healing that is empowering, acknowledges your strengths, and sees you for the wonderfully complex human you are.

Who is your sexual self? Have you met them? How do you go about meeting them in the first place? These are all questions that many folks are searching for the answer to. The journey to find these answers is further complicated when we have experienced sexual trauma. Within this group we will aim to create a greater understand our sexual self and reconnect to them.
