We often focus on alleviating the anxiety, depression, and disconnection from self & others that can result from our lived experiences. Together, we work towards building self-understanding so you can make decisions about your life & relationships with awareness and intention.
I am a queer, agender, social justice-focused & relationally-oriented therapist. Central to my approach is curiosity about the cultural systems & personal relationships that shape your lived experience. I also have experience integrating tarot, ritual, & dream work as therapeutic tools. I am happy to incorporate your personal healing practices into our work.

I approach therapy as a collaborator, & work with clients to create a relationship characterized by trust, safety, authenticity, vulnerability, warmth, humility, & genuine care.
