I like to use the term "level up", as a description of honing the strengths and tools you already have. Together we can define and refine those skills you already have and also offer new approaches and mental tools that you can incorporate in your personal development journey. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing in a strengths-based, solution focused format. I enjoy working with teens, adults, and couples on a variety of issues. I utilize a cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy where we work on identifying problems and the underlying issues. A treatment plan is developed for each client where we set goals and develop strategies to accomplish the goals. I strive to reduce symptoms, improve coping skills, increase awareness, and increase the client's feeling of control over his or her own life situation.

With 27 years of experience we offer effective treatment for sexual abuse, sexual addiction, pornography addiction, paraphilias, childhood sexual behavioral problems, and psychosexual evaluations. We work with spouses, children, an other family members. We provide psychosexual evaluations for attorneys and courts including risk assessment and treatment planning. Matthew Rosenberg also can provide Restorative Justice therapy sessions between victims and his or her offender when appropriate. Rosenberg & Associates offers intensive outpatient programs for sexual addicts

Dr. Mark Bowers is a Pediatric Psychologist in Brighton, MI. He is clinical director of the Brighton Center. He has worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and families for over 25 years. He specializes in neurodevelopmental diagnoses (i.e., Autism Spectrum, Asperger's, ADHD, Pathological Demand Avoidance, and Learning Difficulties. Dr. Bowers is Neurodiversity-Affirming. He developed an app (www.mysosh.com) to help children improve their social skills that has been downloaded in over 60 countries and is being used in elementary/high schools and colleges across the US.

I am a counselor in Michigan with 15+ years of experience providing counseling to families and individuals across the lifespan in-person, on the phone, and online formats. I have worked with clients on a wide range of issues from life adjustments to severe and persistent mental illness. I am a special needs parent, with a young adult son with Autism; and another young adult daughter that is LGBTQ+. Clients often find me to be very relatable because of the combination of my professional and personal experiences.
