I specialize in working with children, teens, families, and adults who have experienced trauma, especially from relational trauma, emotional, physical, or sexual abuse. I will provide you a safe space to heal from the past and work towards creating your best life.

I specialize in working with parents and children from pregnancy, post-partum, and all the way through teen years, whether working through behavioral challenges or providing a healing space to grow for children and parents. I tailor each treatment to meet your needs and for those with trauma I offer EMDR therapy and a variety of informed trauma practices.
