I have professional and personal experience in the areas of PTSD, early childhood trauma, relationship trauma/abuse, divorce and family dynamics, autism and other developmental disabilities, ADHD, anxiety, depression, BPD, substance use, abuse and addiction. I offer an eclectic approach based on equifinality...the idea there are multiple routes to success.
I'm a special needs parent, a veteran of both the US Marine Corps and the Michigan National Guard, a divorcee. I grew up in a loving yet sometimes abusive home. I found myself in more than one abusive relationship.
I went back to school in my 30's to attain my social work degrees. I bring both clinical approaches and personal experiences to the table.
