Inez Martinez-Sierra is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 6 years of experience in therapeutic support. She graduated from Benedictine University in 2018 and due to her diverse work history, can integrate various techniques and modalities to fit your goal. Her experience consists of working in community not-for-profits with pregnant teens and teen moms, court-mandated therapy for individuals with sexual offenses, at-home therapy services with the DCFS foster care system, and structured crisis PHP/IOP settings.

My name is Elisa Lee, LCPC and I provide counseling services for individuals, families and couples. I connect clients with psychiatry services via Telehealth within 48 hours. I work diligently to match clients in order to stabilize and manage their mental health needs. I also counsel and utilize CBT and reality therapy. I also integrate Mindfulness in therapy to enhance awareness of one's self. When working with minors, I incoorporate the family unit. As a trauma informed psychotherapist, I help individuals struggling with relationships, depression, anxieties, mood disorders, stress, panic attacks, emotions, certain behaviors, sexual and abuse history, goal setting and life adjustments and transitions. Many of my clients have experienced lots of emotional distress. Many are experiencing relationship issues they feel are insurmountable, flashbacks, Self- esteem, confidence and intimacy problems. They are looking to change, break cycles. They feel exhausted, nothing they tried on their own has worked. They are looking for direction, guidance and support. I'm here to help.

Along the journey through life challenges are inevitable and there aren't always easy or clear answers about why things happen and what to do about them. We want our lives and life itself to have value, meaning and purpose; and finding or creating these things for ourselves can be confusing, frustrating and even scary.
