English
| español There comes a time when help is needed from a professional to cope with many of life’s challenges. We are three bilingual Spanish-speaking mental health providers committed to promoting the well-being of minority communities. We provide culturally appropriate counseling services in Chicago´s Uptown area. We are here to listen and support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. Therapy is a space where we can engage in brave self-exploration, a space to figure what may be holding us back from being our best selves.
We offer an accepting, compassionate, and affirming space. We operate from a strengths-based perspective and will focus on solutions. Through our collaborative work you can build skills, enhance your mood or anxiety, better understand yourself, find your voice, feel better, enhance your quality of life and advance towards your full potential.
Our practice of counseling is intentional and based on science. We pay attention to human potential, interpersonal relationships, and understanding individuals’ contexts. In counseling we will address your individual contexts within the communities you belong to and the wider society, and your relationships to those communities and society.
