Congratulations on talking the first steps toward recovery. Talking to a stranger about your challenges may seem awkward, but with the right therapist it becomes easier. I have personally traveled down this path before and have done my own personal work and transformation. This is why I respectfully feel I am in a position to guide you. I am experienced in several different approaches including Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, EMDR, Trauma based and existential treatment approaches to therapy. I also hold a Alcohol and Drug Certification and like to look at the historical roots to the problem with how it's manifesting today.
I am fluent in Spanish and have many years of competent multicultural experience. I have also provided family therapy and parent/child training for DCFS based clients. I have been involved in metaphysical studies like to take a holistic approach uniting mind, body and spirit.
