Everything you need to heal is already inside you--let's work together to bring it to the surface. My practice is collaborative, holistic, and rooted in the acknowledgment that you are the expert of your own experience. My priority is ensuring that you feel heard and valued, while working towards bringing clarity and peace to your life and relationships. I prioritize culturally responsive and inclusive practice and am LGBTQIA+ affirming.
I utilize a psychodynamic, attachment oriented approach, with a focus on healing relationships and exploring patterns of behavior. My areas of focus include family of origin issues, PTSD and complex trauma, stress and anxiety, life transitions, and intimacy issues.
Whether you are new to therapy or returning after time away, choosing to reach out can be intimidating and overwhelming. We can move at the pace that works best for you. I am currently offering virtual visits, and happy to schedule a phone consultation to see if we might work well together.
