I am a Masters level Professional Counselor pursuing licensure (LCSW). I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychotherapy. I also offer Professional Life Coaching and am a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC). My passion is to see my clients - adolescents, adults, or families - work through difficult issues and equipped to use the tools that they have learned to tackle future problems. I am an optimist and have a specific interest in helping those who struggle with OCD, Anxiety, Depression, BPD, Bipolar, Phobias, Substances, Trauma, Eating Disorders, and Mood Disorders.

The challenges of life in today's society presents the need for behavioral and mental health services like never before. I have twenty-four years of experience in providing outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in order to assist them in overcoming the effects of these challenges. I utilize a solution-focused approach, because I believe that there is always a solution to every problem! I enjoy helping people understand that they have the ability to effectively cope with their emotions and life situations, which therefore enables them to live their best lives.

At Transformations Therapy, we have many clinicians trained to help individuals struggling with a variety of issues. Cecilla studied and graduated in psychology in her native country of Peru. After immigrating to the USA, she has earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology. She has completed AMO academy's required training and evaluation and was awarded the title of Master Hypnotherapist certification. Currently, Cecilla is pursuing her master's degree in Clinical Psychology. She believes in focusing on guiding the client to find the root cause of the mental difficulties and working together to meet desired goals.

Our experience enables us to offer effective client, individualized, psychotherapy care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples in-person or via secured telehealth technologies.
