Since 2002, I've helped individuals, couples, and families learn about themselves and each other to live happier lives. I utilize Person-Centered Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Body Work, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (The Tree) to help you reach your goals.
I offer in-office and online sessions. I can meet with you online from anywhere in Georgia or our office in beautiful Dahlonega.
