I work with adults, children, adolescents, and families and am proficient in Rapid Resolution Therapy, CBT, family therapy, play therapy, sand tray (online sand tray available) and art therapy.
I enjoy assisting people of all ages in overcoming the effects of depression, anxiety, physical/sexual abuse, personal injuries, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, eating disorders, addiction, and behavior problems.
