I work with career-oriented adults to resolve anxieties and depression, relationship issues, stress and help parents with challenging adolescents and children. Too much responsibility and stress at home, school or workplace often leads to strained relationships, isolation, loss of motivation or debilitating fears. I help people and families affected by anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavior challenges, defiance and anger, divorce or trauma. I've worked with children, teens and young adults with emotional disturbances, behavior problems, substance abuse, self-harm, or personality development issues, and helped couples reconnect.

Dr. Koehn uses a holistic/systems approach to therapy. He incorporates the influence and support of family structure, school and work environment, as well as community when building a positive-wellness treatment plan Stylistically, Dr. Koehn utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), structural family therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy into interventions. Dr. Koehn also has extensive experience providing school and organizational psychology services. Lee Schlanger is a Florida State Licensed Mental Health Counselor currently living Sarasota, FL by way of New York City, NY. Lee has a passion for animals and doing anything outdoors, and is an avid sports fan. Lee has been working as a Mental Health Counselor since of 2016. Lee specializes in working with clients who are experiencing anxiety and depression as well as specializes in working with clients who have undergone grief, loss, and traumatic events, as well as substance abuse recovery, and more. Lee is also a Board Certified Tele-Mental Health Provider and specializes in Telehealth sessions and is Certified EMDR and Trauma.

I have specialized skills working with First Responders and Veterans and I remain an active 24-year firefighter/paramedic with Martin County Fire Rescue. Hello there! A. Kay and associates specialize in treatment of Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, Bipolar and various addictions. Having worked in the hospitals for many years, we utilize only evidence based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR etc.). Unprocessed traumas can have a debilitating effect on one's life, we are using a state of the art EMDR technique (paired with 'Light Bar') to effectively treat past traumas. Couples/marital therapy is our other specialty; effective communication and clinical negotiations are skills that can be learned to save the marriage.
