Together we explore life experiences that may have led to feelings of attachment insecurity and we work to build new experiences of emotionally safety and security. With couples, we explore places they get stuck and help create new communication patterns and a deeper connection to strengthen their bonds. In individual counseling we can talk through trauma, negative thoughts, adjustments, questions of identity, happiness, or life goals.
