I'm a Holistic Health & Life Coach, and Somatic Therapist located in Plymouth, and I work with the body, mind and spirit. I help my clients create a clear vision of who they truly are and what they want in life, and I partner with them, empowering them to find within themselves what it takes to make that vision their reality. I integrate coaching, psychotherapy, spirituality, and holistic health based on my client's needs, and I work with emotions, core values, and unconscious beliefs. I greatly respect my clients and feel honored to join them in their path towards personal growth as they uncover their true potential.
My specialty is in Somatic (body centered) Psychotherapy and I have been working as a somatic therapist for over 10 years. Somatic therapy the calms the mind and increases awareness so that we can notice what's happening in the present moment. Things that were unconscious will start to come forward, giving us insight and the ability to heal.
Many of us go about life stuck in our habits or unconsciously reacting to things that happen. Developing somatic awareness can help us become conscious of what's triggering our habits or reactions. This awareness will give us freedom, and the ability to break out of our old patterns.

Groups
Somatic Skills and Mindfulness Group
Next in-person experiential group is starting June 2nd, 2023. You will learn somatic skills, mindfulness techniques, and specific movement exercises, which can be used to increase awareness and to help you feel more grounded and embodied. We will also use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to help you connect with your “True Self”, and the peace and wisdom that come with it. In each session, a new somatic/mindfulness skill will be introduced. With playful curiosity, we will try the new the skill (sometimes individually and sometimes in groups) and will share our experiences related to the exercise.
