It is my honor to walk beside people during the more difficult times in their lives and help them make sense of their stories. As a trained outside voice, I am here to help you when you get stuck and disconnected. I believe that we are not meant to do this life alone — the more support we have, the stronger we are. When we get help, it lightens the load. My primary clinical interests are working with trauma, working with relationship problems and working with military families. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families at all stages of life. I am interested in helping people heal trauma’s impact on physical, emotional, relational and spiritual wellbeing. The model I work from is called Emotionally Focused Therapy, and I have extensive training in this model.
My style is to come alongside people during difficult moments, so that people don’t feel alone. My clients have told me that I push them “just enough” to make changes while being gentle and feeling deeply understood by me. This is my foundation.
