I offer traditional psychotherapy, EMDR, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and psychedelic integration therapy.

My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative space for you to explore your concerns, process your life experiences, challenge unhelpful behaviors and thought patterns, learn healthy coping skills, and live a life aligned with your values. I focus on providing culturally alert, trauma-informed, strengths-based counseling for adults, adolescents, and couples through an existential, developmental, and social justice lens. I am also body/sex-positive and LGBTQIA+-affirming.

Many clients need support with life stressors, anxiety, depression, identity issues, and exploration. Folks can struggle with accessing coping skills that ground and support them in their struggles. My focus in counseling is for clients to be seen, have their voices heard, and overcome obstacles to be their authentic selves. I understand that feelings of hopelessness, uncertainty, and frustration are challenging and cause significant turbulence in one's life. I am the collaborative co-pilot, working with clients to navigate their own lives to meet their social and emotional goals. We discover ways to enhance their life's journey.

She has over 7 years of experience assisting adults that are seeking help with a variety of mental health issues, adjusting to life transitions, military-related issues, past incarceration, and relationship issues due to childhood trauma. Rossa completed her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from ECPI University, a Master of Art in Professional Counseling (Mental Health Counseling) from South University, and an advanced degree of a Master of Philosophy in Forensic Psychology.

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist in that I blend traditional psychotherapy with cutting edge alternative approaches and perennial techniques sourced from Eastern philosophies. I use methods depending on the needs of the person seeking help including insight oriented psychotherapy, mindfulness practice, somatic work and dreamwork. I take a non-pathology based approach in that I help clients experience their painful symptoms as a personal calling for growth and change.
