I aim to provide a safe, collaborative space to explore your concerns, process life experiences, challenge unhelpful behaviors and thought patterns, and learn healthy coping skills. Together, we can work toward a life aligned with your values. I offer culturally alert, trauma-informed, and strengths-based counseling for adults, adolescents, and couples through an existential, developmental, and social justice lens. I utilize ACT, CBT, DBT, EFT, and holistic approaches in creating a treatment plan personalized to your goals. I also have training in EMDR trauma therapy and experience leading mindfulness and meditation exercises.
I specialize in LGBTQIA+ affirmative care and sexuality counseling, integrating principles from the Health at Every Size framework and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I believe that you are the expert on your life and will rely on your continuous feedback to help you achieve your desired outcomes with psychological flexibility.
I am deeply passionate about my work and genuinely care for each of my clients. My goal is to provide ethical care and a supportive presence, and it is an honor to aid and witness your healing and growth. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, so you can choose what feels most comfortable for you!
