The majority of my practice focuses on helping clients to recover from OCD & anxiety, heal from trauma, & thrive in a neuronormative world. As a lived experience clinician, I believe in the power of radical authenticity & lived experience. My approach is affirming & non-pathologizing, drawing from ACT, I-CBT, & ERP to help you take back your life.
