Hack-it Psychology was set up by Dr Addy Hackett (DPsych, MSc, MSc), in 2012, to address the needs of anyone who has concerns about their psychological wellbeing, their mental health and/or work-place functioning. I offer evidence-based models for assessment and therapy, including Solution Focussed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. I offer a confidential, safe and inclusive space to explore the experienced difficulties. My approach is based on working collaboratively, and to inspire each client to live fully, achieve an improved sense of wellbeing, and create maximum fulfilment in life.
